About Malibu Beach Camp
Where every day feels like a vacation.
Malibu Beach Camp is a vibrant summer day camp for children ages 3–13, located on the beautiful shores of Lido Beach, Long Island. Our program blends classic beach fun with exciting, age-appropriate activities — from swimming and sports to arts & crafts, nature exploration, and themed events.
We create a safe, nurturing environment where campers can build confidence, develop new skills, and form lasting friendships — all while having the time of their lives. With experienced staff, certified lifeguards, and a passion for fun, Malibu Beach Camp is where summer memories are made.
Swimmers Division (Ages 3-5)
Our youngest campers develop social skills, gain independence, and engage in hands-on learning experiences through activities designed for their developmental stage.
Surfers Division (1st-3rd Grade)
As the heart and soul of our Long Island summer day camp, our Surfers Division is where campers dive into a mix of sports, swimming, arts, and interactive play.
Sailors Division (4th-8th Grade)
Older campers get to experience the best of both worlds—structured activities and the freedom to shape their own camp day.
Athletics
Camp Malibu offers a wide range of sports where campers of all ages build skills, learn teamwork, and boost their confidence through fun, friendly competition in favorites like basketball, soccer, tennis, and Gaga.
Special Events
Special Event Days like Messy Monday, Hot Halloween, and our end-of-summer Carnival add extra excitement and make every day at Malibu Beach Camp unforgettable—check our calendar to see what’s coming up!
Swimming
Whether your child is a beginner or a natural in the water, our twice-daily swim program—led by certified lifeguards—helps every camper build confidence and improve their skills in our four beautiful pools.
Trips
Campers in the Sailors Division (Grades 4 and up) can enjoy three optional off-site trips each summer for an additional cost, while those who stay behind continue with a regular fun-filled camp day.
Arts
At Malibu, every camper is encouraged to explore their creativity through arts, music, and performance—culminating in our beloved “Malibu’s Got Talent” show where everyone gets a chance to shine.
Color War
Let’s Go Blue, Let’s Go Gold!” It’s Color War—Malibu’s most anticipated event—where campers compete in spirited, wacky challenges that let everyone shine on and off the field.
